Washing the part with the purpose of removing salts, greases and other impurities. The water used is heated to increase the efficiency of the process and we always work with closed cycle, that is, the water passes through an ETA for treatment.

The part must be blasted to remove its corrosion and to create roughness for adhesion of the layers of protection. The media blast mix is automatically selected by vibrating screens. With this, the specified roughness is always guaranteed.

The thermal spray process applies a layer of metal allowing greater corrosion protection and generation of friction for the required areas.
